The Cahill Group of Companies is a leading Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation company in Atlantic and Western Canada. As a result of our loyal and dedicated workforce, Cahill was named one of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies for the 6th consecutive year in 2012.

On Thursday morning, March 8th Cahill gave a tour of its St. John's Fabrication Facility to The Honourable Joe Oliver, Federal Minister of Natural Resources. The Minister requested this tour to see, first hand, the valuable work being done by Newfoundland companies as part of his tour of Atlantic Canada.

For the sixth consecutive year, The Cahill Group of Companies ranks amongst Canada's Best Managed Companies. Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies is the mark of excellence for Canadian-owned and managed companies. Winners were announced in the National Post on February 22, 2012.
Each year, hundreds of companies compete for this designation in a rigorous evaluation process. The awards are granted on four levels: Best Managed winner (50 new winners selected each year); Requalified member; Gold Standard member; and Platinum Club member.
For 2011, Cahill receives the distinction as a Gold Standard Requalified winner https://www.canadas50best.com/EN/MEETOURWINNERS/Pages/GoldStandardWinners.aspx.
This is very much an honor for the entire group of companies and to each and every loyal employee.

On Thursday April 21st, 2011 employees from Cahill's Fabrication Facility spearheaded the fundraising of $1143 for Ronald MacDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador. Sparked by K Rock radio's week long donation drive, employees decided to raise funds for this worthy cause through passing around a hat, an Easter fundraiser and a matching donation from GJ Cahill.
About the fundraiser:
The 97.5 K-Rock Radio Morning Show has stepped up for Ronald McDonald House. On Friday, April 15 K Rock "voices" Mike, Tom and Candice began living in the K-Rock Shed to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House. Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador will offer a home-away-from-home for families from across Newfoundland and Labrador providing comfortable and affordable accommodations while children receive care and treatment.
On March 10, 2011 Cahill's employees made a presentation to the St. John's Food Sharing Association amounting to over 2100 pounds of food. Cahill employees brought in 1050 pounds of food and the company matched this contribution.

This food drive is organized annually as part of the NL Oil and Gas Week thought NOIA, CAPP and the Food Sharing Association.
The Community Food Sharing Association served more than 30,000 individuals, including 12,000 children, in 2010 which means that approximately 6% of our province depend on these services.
The Tower Corporate Campus at Waterford Valley, 240 Waterford Bridge Road, is now home to Cahill's Corporate Headquarters with GJ Cahill & Company Limited occupying two buildings within the corporate campus.
The Tower Corporate Campus is a redevelopment of the former St. Bride's College, the Littledale Conference Center, previously owned and operated by the Sisters of Mercy of Newfoundland. The campus, with its ten angular Brutalism style buildings and open courtyard landscaped grounds, has been one of the most impressive structures and distinctive properties in St. John's since 1966.

Our main entrance and executive level is located within The Chapel while The Annex houses our support services.
